Billing, delivery & support
You'll be billed before we begin any work. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — both credit and debit cards — through our secure payment gateway.
Yes. All payments are processed over an encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant connection. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.
Yes. You'll receive a detailed invoice before work begins and a payment receipt as soon as your payment is processed, both sent to the email address you provide.
Payment is due upfront, before work starts. For larger engagements we can agree milestone-based billing in writing; ongoing management is billed monthly in advance.
Your invoice is emailed to you directly. It includes the agreed scope, the amount due, and a secure link to complete payment through our secure gateway.
Deliverables are shared digitally — files, links, and access details are sent to your email, and for store or website work we publish directly to your accounts once approved.
We work on your existing site with the access you provide. We agree the scope of changes in advance, make them in a safe way, and confirm with you before anything goes live.
Timelines depend on the service and are confirmed in writing during onboarding. Smaller projects typically take a few business days; larger builds and launches are scheduled with clear milestones.
Each package includes a set number of revisions, stated in your scope. We'll refine the work until it matches what was agreed; additional changes beyond that scope can be quoted separately.
Yes, within the terms of our Refund Policy. If you cancel before work begins you're entitled to a full refund; once work has started, refunds reflect the work completed and any third-party costs already incurred.
